Let's Cook: Pineapple-Ginger Rice

Healthy Eating Chef Chad Sarno shows us how to make a flavorful fried rice without oil. He cooks red onion and ginger, then adds a miso broth to season brown rice tossed with chunks of fresh pineapple and shelled edamame. Serve Pineapple-Ginger Rice with Edamame as a vegetarian main dish or a side dish for steamed fish or roasted chicken.

That looks so delicious I would request somewhere that you put, the calories, protein, fat, carb levels and also serving size. Great with the video, makes me want to cook more.
