You simply cook on the stovetop or in a slow cooker at very low temperatures (175°F–200°F) for long periods of time. Investing in a slow cooker will make your weekly meals a breeze. I REALLY needed to see this today!! This is that time of year when we just want hot, comfort food - this is a nice reminder that it can be easy, and healthy. Yum - looking forward to checking out some of the other recipes too :)
