My dad loves the Whole Foods salad bar, he would have the best Father's Day ever with a trip there!

Definitely cupcakes from the bakery

Organic truffles!

The Dad in our family would like for you to round up a "Dad-Basket" with something in it that is crunchy, something sweet, something meaty but mainly things that are displayed in one spot in the store (to make shopping quick) and all should be delicious items that can be eaten easily and as effortly as possible! None of these items should require him to fire up the grill. I say that this is a menu for one day only and should not be repeated until Dad's Day next year...Dad would be happy to find this "Guy Station" year round.

Kate Weinstein says …

I think David (dad to Josh and Melanie) would really love some grilled salmon burgers, with some fresh salad and hummus and pita chips on the side. Dessert would be fresh watermelon.

Meg says …

One of the best parts of coming to shop there is trying the samples/new items. So for Fathers Day weekend I suggest you bring out the "dad" friendly samples...BBQ items, meats, beer/wines, etc. Thanks!

Lisa A. says …

The dad in our family would love some fresh, organic ingredients so we can make him some delicious smoothies!

Connie says …

Would love a nice big BBG with lots of sides from the deli so we can all just spend time enjoying the day with our dad.

My husband has been the conduit for better nutrition at the hospital he's interning. The nurses are surprised to find that there is someone genuinely passionate about practicing what he preaches: "healthcare" starts with self-care! I would love to give him the gift of continued passion; for him to continue making a difference...one person at a time, one hospital at a time!

Judy Petersen says …

My husband says he doesn't "need anything" !! But as some of the guys at the store mentioned....my husband would LOVE scallops also, or a few filet mignons or champagne or great wine, or shrimp or anything that we tend to pass over in favor of necessities when shopping. HE LOVES FOOD !!!! He is like most Dad's in that he prefers to buy any clothing items himself. Don't we all ?

Mark & Dawn H says …

I think I need some simple sandals. Where can I one of those great-looking ties, Brad?

Rodney Binkley says …

I am a natural. Just like your natural foods that make us healthy and put plenty of anti-oxidants in to our bodies. I am a dad of 61 years old and have a 9 year old grandaughter that I want to stay young and healthy for, for many more years. Organic foods, coffee and meats from Whole Foods help keep me on track without having to think too hard!!

Will and Lucrecia says …

We think Dad would LOVE anything purchased at Whole Foods Market...especially the chance to shop for himself and pay with a prized gift card...that way there would be no money pressure and he could just have a good time. When Dad's happy, everyone is happy. :) We love you Dad!!

Robin Porter says …

He loves your food bar for lunch!!! Gift card would be great!!

Xiomara says …

My husband eats lunch at whole foods everyday, so maybe a gift card that will delight his taste buds for an entire week. I think that he really enjoys the food and the atmosphere and a gift card will let him decide what to indulge in everyday. Oh and a coffee mug because at work he always complains about not having his own mug.

Robin O says …

My husband and I love the huge variety of healthy foods that we can get at Whole Foods! His favorite things are the great gourmet desserts...he would love to have any of the chocolate desserts after his Father's Day meal.

Evan Thomas says …

Fresh Lobsters from Wells Maine will make my dad, and grandad, pop

Dad would love to eat a fantasic Whole Food rib eye steak on the bone for fathers day. He knows that whole foods sells the best meats and their rib eyes are like going to the finest 5 star restaurant. You are the best. Even if he doesn't win he will be sure to have one of your rib eyes for his special day.

Cassandra says …

I would love to get my hubby and the father of my beautiful children all the eco-friendly grill equipment. We love to cook and eat outdoors...mmmmm....cedar planked grilled salmon!

Regina Slider says …

My 7 year old daughter wishes that her dad can enjoy the entire day on Father's Day without working. He runs a one-man business in the Security Alarm industry and sometimes doesn't get home until the wee hours of the morning. He has always made everyone except himself a priority and he deserves a nice Chicken Parmesan meal with mashed potatoes and green beans. Whole Foods is where we like to shop and the gift card would be a special thank you to him from Whole Foods and our family as a Father's Day gift. From our family to yours, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

Alanna Gardner says …

I would love for my dad to win a gift card from Whole Foods. My father was just recently diagnosed with diabetes, and I know that he is struggling with making the healthy choices in his diet. I would love for him to use Whole foods as a way for him to revamp his diet and see that eating organically leads to a more energized Dad! It doesn't hurt that he wouldn't be spending his own money 'on that nasty food' and discover that organic doesn't mean flavor lacking LOL

mackenzie love says …

This would make my dads fathers day great because our family loves Whole Foods. If we could we would eat their everyday but its expensive. Our family understands it cost to eat healthy.

Petra Bingham says …

This is my husband's very first fathers day with our 6 mnth old son. We had a fun time on my first mothers day and I would love to surprise him with a picnic or cookout. I really do not need any presents, just a call or visit would be OK, even dinner together. I have had the Whole Foods coffee-rubbed flat iron steak which was delicious. Add a little asparagus, some potatoes, perhaps a green salad, some wine, and yes, mushrooms for the steak! I'm getting hungry. Happy Father's Day to all the dads!

Matt Kingsbauer says …

I would LOVE anything for my bike!! Including some of the ingredients for my home-made energy bars that can be picked up at Whole Foods. Otherwise I don't need anything because my family is all that I need.

Belinda says …

My boy friend and I were just there yesterday and he was eyeing the rack of lamb and beer section (loves IPAs). We tried some cheese samples and breads from the bakery and both love the sourdough. I think I could cook up a great father's day meal for him with the help of our 4 year old son who calls him self "little cheif" (Ratatouille).

Last year for Father's Day, the family got together to grill a bunch of meant, and it was BYOM (bring your own meat). My Dad took one bite of my beautiful grass-fed ribeye from Whole Foods and was in love - he's sold on Whole Foods now! A gift card to Whole Foods would let him spoil himself a bit by stocking up on his favorite foods.

I would like to honor my father-in-law this fathers day for the wonderful role model he has been to my husband and his other siblings. While soap on the rope was a traditional gift for dad in years past, we would like to treat him with some shea soaps as a link to the past and a new tradition going forward
