There are a large number of believed benefits for taking CoQ10 internally, see the link to the Mayo Clinics report below. I just love it topically for my eyes and cheeks, it really feels like it adds new life. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/coenzyme-q10/NS_patient-coenzymeq10

This video was awesome!!! I'm 42 and have been scouring all kinds of natural makeup web sites, this one is the best. This video has been so helpful in showing WHAT products Whole Foods has and HOW to use them! All I have to say is more, more, more please! Please make more videos like this one! It was very, very helpful to me.

Excellent video! Properly shaped brows really frame the face and bring more focus upward to the eyes. I love the colored brow gels from Glo Minerals because it is an easy way to define the brow and cover gray hairs. I like to prep the skin before makeup application with Mineral Fusion's face primer. It fills in lines and imperfections to help you achieve smooth, more even coverage. Their hydration mist is also essential because it adds moisture to the skin and helps give that dewy glow. You can use it before applying makeup if you have very dry skin because it will help you blend makeup easier. You can also it use it after applying makeup to set it and soften lines. I sometimes use it just as a freshener throughout the day!

Loved this video, Mara & Marcelle! I learned about new products & loved seeing how to apply them. I do have a question. Where in this process do you apply sunscreen? Or is it included in one of the moisturizers? More - more - more of these videos!! Thanks! -- S :D

Plain Jane Skin Care products are sold in the Pittsburgh Whole Foods store. While they have a variety of soaps and skin care products, there is one that is particulary wonderful on mature skin. It is the avocado butter w/carrot seed oil (and francincense...mmm!). It also serves sun damaged skin well and is completely natural with only four ingredients. (Google Plain Jane Skin Care for website.) It is light and absorbs quickly, leaving your skin soft and-hopefully-a few fine lines and wrinkles lighter! :)

I'm glad to be finding information about make-up and application on your website. I have really sensitive skin and eczema around my eyes. I have also become very aware of how many toxic/carcinogenic ingredients so many cosmetics contain. Feel somewhat overwhelmed with it all, however. I would love to find out more about what saf products I ought to use, being 45 and highly sensitive. Some of the research I have done indicates that the cosmetics industry in Europe is much more highly regulated than here so I have been considering only buying European products. However, I would love to buy all my cosmetics from you if I could unravel the web of information on the subject and then take into consideration how sensitive my skin is! Any advice? Thanks much.

unfortunately this video pushes SPF=CHEMICALS, THE SUN IS NATURAL=NATURE=RAW,ANYTHING NOT RAW IS AGAINST NATURE AND CAUSES DESEASE,WHY DON'T THEY MAKE TINTED MOISTURIZERS WITHOUT A CHEMICAL OF SPF?????????IT RUINS A NATURAL PRODUCT,I MIGHT AS WELL USE COCCONAUT OIL,ORGANIC FOR MY HAIR AND SKIN,THIS VIDEO IS MORE GEARED TOWARDS SELLING EXPENISVE LINES OF PRODUCTS,WHAT PEOPLE WANT TODAY IS ORGANICS, AND ANIMAL TESTING FREE NATURAL PRODUCTS,WE MUST ALL HONOR OUR ANIMAL KINGDOMS NOW BEFORE THEY TOO BECOME EXTINCT,OKCHA 2011
