Fantastic podcast! I have very long, curly, thick, frizzy hair so the natural ingredients I need are plant and essential oils like avocado, jojoba, or lavender. Fingers crossed for this fantastic giveaway!!

I began using apple cider vinegar to combat flakes and it's been working very well for me. Didn't know about avocado until the podcast. I have tightly coiled hair, so I'd like to try some avocado. Thanks for the podcasts. :)

I'm really enjoying all the posts on this video. It sounds like we can have a salad party and use the same ingredients to help our hair.

i listened to Podcast no. 2 with John(ohlala) and I found it to be quite interesting: thank you. What he discussed was very appropriate to me: I have curly hair that can decide to be frizzy when it wants! The products I would use are the same as in the podcast: detangler and dry hair nourishment. I know for a fact that what I use only masks the problem as it contains silicon. John's products use citrus, lavender and cedarwood which actually fix the hair;not an instant gratification but well worth the wait! It would be very nice to find help for my hair; it can be my best asset or my worst, depending upon the day.
