We still love Putumay's CD's! Purchased them at Whole Foods and Copperfield Bookstores. We've been playing them for my grandchildren (and ourselves) for 13 years and the kids all have an interest in music and instruments. My oldest grandson even had a band during high school. And now they listen to multi-cultural music on Pandora (which we introduced them to as well). Thank you for spreading good works.

Easier to wake to music than fall asleep for me. Tried it for the 18 mo. old & it worked for her, too.

What a wonderful idea! This certainly makes sense for both children and adults. With some good sleep, both children and adults are bound to awaken rested and in pleasant mood for the resst of the challenging day.

These sound like great CDs to help my 19 month old settle down for nap and bedtime. She already likes some of these artists, so I think she will enjoy this a lot. Love Putamayo.

Before kids and marriage, I used to fall asleep to lyric-less music, most of which were old hymns played over a lone piano. It faithfully rocked both me and my 2 roommates to sleep. I'm a big Putumayo fan and love that they're making music for kids! Will definitely have to check this out!!

This music isn't just for kids. I find it to be very relaxing and I am in my late thirties. Kind of brings you back to childhood memories.

I love Putumayo. My son has several of the Playground series - right now he's particularly into the Animal Playground, but also loves the French and Hawaiian ones. Must try the Dreamland series, too!

I have always loved the music Putumayo has collected. i think it's so important for everyone to learn about other countries & cultures. What better way than through music! We always have a cool Putumayo playing at parties and adults and kids always end up dancing. I would love to have the Dreamland CD for the grandkids. I think it would send them off to Dreamland like a lovely, dreamy ride down the Putumayo River.

I have a certain "sleep/nap" playlist on my ipod that I like to listen to and enjoy a cup of tea to calm me down before bed each night. :) My baby niece was just born two days ago. I think she and her big brother would absolutely love these! I'm passionate about exposing my niece and nephew (and my future children) to other cultures and love these CDs for that!

I am from foreign country and as a new mom, it's always good to get some good references regarding my baby education. My husband and I appreciate music a lot and since early in pregnancy we started introducing different rithms and songs to our little one. I am gonna try it. For sure.
