Stop the madness! Just EAT. Notice every where you go food is expensive in general. Know your limits. Wash food as needed. Organic or not you Have to eat. I love blueberries if Kroger has them for a better price I would buy there. Thank you WF for the berry sale. I'll see you soon.

I love WF and shop there as often as I can. I do not agree that anything is ever 100% organic - I mean if it rains or produce is out in the air (as it is) it can not be 100% organic unless you happen to live in a very sterile environment???? And PLEASE - 99% - JUST STOP! This is a nice site and NOT a political forum or a platform for people's unhappiness! If you can not afford to eat this way - either rethink your lifestyle or just choose appropriately when you shop - WF is wonderful but there are indeed other places to buy organic or do what we did - PLANT A GARDEN and some fruit trees! Common sense.......................

Do I need to wash Whole Food's Organic Frozen Blueberries before eating them? When i do, a lot of purple coloring runs off, and I am worried that i'm losing a lot of the nutritional value of blueberries (which are largely found in the chemical that give blueberries their color).

@BILL - The berries are pre-rinsed before they are frozen so no need to rinse them again unless you are trying to thaw them out!
