You say potato, we say endless possibilities. With white, yellow, red, purple and even sweet potatoes to choose from, there are countless ways to cook these terrific tubers! Here we’ve collected ten of our favorite ways to enjoy potatoes with additional recipes and ideas to inspire you. Remember to store potatoes in a cool, dark place and keep them separate from onions as they’ll both deteriorate more quickly if stored together.

I love to use mashed left over potatoes in a pot soup, I guess it would be more of a cream pot soup. Love it. This pass weekend I made a cauliflower soup and put in my left over potatoes it came out so great, I will definately be making it again.

Irish Nachos!! Cut Russets in thick slices. Boil with salt for 4-5 min (reduce heat to keep from boiling over). Deep fry them in vegetable oil until light brown. Place on paper towel to dry (top them while oily with salt, pepper, and garlic powder). Brown some Ground Beef and heat up some kidney beans. Put the fries in a casserole dish and scatter the beef and beans on to your liking, then cover with shredded Cheddar. Place in oven at 350 until cheese melts Top with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, chopped green onions. Place a dollop of sour cream in the center and gasrnish it with the onions and some tiny diced bits of jalapeno (just use the end of the pepper). Enjoy with your amigos/mates!
