nice podcast, the info flew by, do your stores have support material so I know which homeopathics to try?

Eating honey from the area you live or are having trouble with is a very good natural way to build up your bodies resistance to local allergens.

I really hope this approach will help me. I have used Benedryl in the past and it leaves me feeling very light headed and goofy.

Mint teas are also very helpful for me, for others caffine can help but in the end this can be very dehydrating.

I have had tremendous results using many of the products mentioned here. It is also very important to rinse off at night and keep a clean pillow case during allergy season

Good podcast. I have found good relief from the natural eye drops carried in your store. Sometimes for me just keeping my eyes hydrated makes all the difference.

Last week I used some allergy medicine which left me feeling dizzy, tired, and very dry in my nasal passages, to dry really. I am heading out to pick up some of these and hope they really do help.

My allergist said to never eat raw honey. I am extremely allergic to bee stings and even with Epi-pen, I just have about 5 min to get to the ER if IK get stung.

The homeopathic options mentioned in this podcast work great. By building up natural immunity to that which you are allergic your body as less and less negative reaction

My kids are already having pretty bad allergies. It seems strange that the pollens are out already, because it is still quite cold here. I look forward to my next visit to the store to see if I can find a good Kids allergy tincture.

Looking forward to using these with my kids!

I just saw a commercial for a "conventional" allergy medicine. It had a warning at the end, "may cause blood nose, dizziness, lack of sleep etc etc... scary option :)

So good to know I have options here. I have horrible allergies and could never get myself to go through testing and shots as suggested by my doctor.
