Indeed you are on to something here. Building up natural immunity through low doses of that which you are allergic to, is the best way to have sustained success in battling season allergies! Great work.

Glad to see a market/store venturing into social media. This is a nice continuation from the work and products you offer in store.

I am so happy I was led to this site! I believe in natural ways of dealing with health, but have yet to apply this belief to my allergy regimen.

Thanks for creating this podcast. All to often we are only presented with harsh "traditional" options to deal with allergies. This time of year there are so many advertisements popping up.

Vitamin supplements seem to have so many values. I've listened to several of your podcasts and this seems to be the one common thread in natural health approach.

I love to see the sun come back after a long winter. The grasses are growing the flowers and trees are budding, and my nose is flowing. I'll beef up my vitamin C intake and check out these homeopathics as well!

Great timing. This Easter weekend we were outside all weekend, and I am stunned at the reaction to new pollens my children are having. I like the idea of being able to give them gentle products to help them.

Good to know that quercetin serves as a natural histamine blocker! This year seems to have started off strong for me in the allergy department.

Good info. I've noticed my allergies acting up for the first time in years and needed this reminder! The supplement mentioned was actually quercetin (histamine blocker) and can be found at Whole Foods and other health food stores. She also mentioned bromelain (food enzyme) which works well in conjunction with it. Hope this helps!

Good to know stinging nettles have a place in this world :) There are several in the woods behind our house and all to often my kids and I come out from hikes with welts on our legs. I'll make peace with the nettle and try this out!

I've heard about vitamin C and B as being beneficial for allergies. I couldn't make out the name of the supplement your guest mentioned which should be taken with vitamin C.

Thanks Rebekah for the Corsitin call out, I couldn't catch that one, but I can't find it in a source either.

Where can you get Corsitin? I cannot find it anywhere. Or is it something to "get" via garlic tablets?
