Dancing is the best exercise because it's fun and makes you feel like a kid again.

We listen to music all morning and during the evenings. I love Christian music, and anything with Latin-type beats like Brazilian, Cuban, etc. It stirs the soul... and keeps you warm!

One of my favorite things to do in the Winter is to turn on some sort of reggae, Latin or other international music when I cook. I love to chop and dice to the beat and get my family dancing around me waiting for their meal! We would love some music to groove too....thank you!!

I throw open the curtains at sunrise, squeeze some fresh organes, add some pureed strawberries, add a little yogurt, dabble a little cinnamon on it, and drink up! After a few thoughts of gratitude and joy, I turn on some jazzy music and dance for 30 minutes till my soul says 'Let's celebrate the day!'

My love of this music goes way back to "Bossa Nova" days. (I'm 70 years young) Never have been a one type music guy and enjoy most styles.

My husband, 4 year old daughter and I keep it going during the colder winter months by putting music on in the kitchen every morning before work/school and every evening while dinner is cooking. Anything from Putumayo mixes (Italian Cafe, French Cafe, Global Soul or French Playground) to Grateful Dead to Dan Zanes - anything goes! We all grab instruments, sing and dance together...5/10 minutes or more gets us smiling and laughing and feeling good each day!

Not a day goes by, no matter the season, when we don't listen to a Putumayo CD! We love to listen to upbeat music during the day and my baby girl falls asleep to a Dreamland CD every night. :)

This is music you want to throw on to get yourself moving when doing housework or while cooking dinner. Also great for casual entertaining when you have friends over for dinner and drinks. Our music collection already has Arabic Groove and I plan to see if our library carries this box set.
