Recipes for Potluck Heroes

Potlucks are like insta-parties: choose a location, add people and food, and voila! While the host might take care of the main dish, dessert or a vast selection of beverages, potlucks ensure that the cooking doesn’t fall entirely on their shoulders. That’s something everyone can appreciate during the long, lazy days of summer.

Whether you’re a host or a guest, don’t fall victim to soggy coleslaw or a batch of burned bratwurst. Instead, be a hero with one of these surefire, perfectly portable potluck dishes.

You could use bread, potatoes or any vegetable available locally, along with spices and fried in a sumptuous delight quickly. They smell gorgeous while they are on the grill and people can assemble their own snacks if you have buns, mustard, ketchup, onions, and salad to hand.
