For over 35 years, Severino Pasta Company in Westmont, New Jersey, has been the place to find authentic, richly flavored pasta handmade with only the finest ingredients. Joseph and Anna Maria Severino learned the art of pasta making from Umberto Casoli, an artisanal pasta maker in Rome, Italy. In 1971, they returned to America with recipes in hand and introduced their uniquely handcrafted pasta products made from 100% Semolina flour, which are unsurpassed in texture, color and quality. Pasta from local vendor Severino Pasta Company is currently available in our stores in the MidAtlantic and Northeast regions. We have great local offerings in all of our stores around the country. Severino Pasta is the best. My husband and I lived in Haddonfield, New Jersey and we would always go to Severino's! We relocated to North Carolina and I would love to find it at our nearest Whole Foods which is in Winston-Salem! Boy this makes me homesick for New Jersey!

My Family is madly in love with your pasta. We have tried every Everyone. Our favorite is Bucatini !!! Having difficulty finding it in The Whole Foods in Baltimore (downtown and Mt Wash). When I'm in D.C. I have to buy 6 bags at a time. Is there anyway you can ship that to me. Thank You,

@CARON - Sorry about not being able to find this product regularly. Since Severino is a vendor, I would suggest reaching out to them directly to see if they offer shipping. The products in our stores vary between regions and since this is carried on the East coast, we would not be able to ship this to you from our store in Austin. Grew up in Westmont and have not been able to find a better ravioli or fresh pasta here in Monmouth County. So excited to make the trip to Whole Foods for real pasta!
