We're already dealing with the second heat wave of the summer, and summer only started next week! It's going to be a loooong summer, so might as well drink up with a splash of ginger juice or some cut strawberries mixed in with the sparkling water!

I'm thirsty during the summer from all the outdoor activities - gardening, sports, walking the dog, painting the garage, staining the deck...love to treat myself to some sparkling water after all that!

Of course, we all need water for our health; some of us more than others. I don't really like water, and must trick myself into drinking 64 ounces a day. This is the perfect impetus for me to drink more water (winning a case). I usually dilute anything I drink with water!

Me and my family ride around in Houston with no A/C working in the car and the heatwaves get up to 104° almost everyday, we need water to drink in order to keep us cool and hydrated.

Drink tons more water in the summer to keep hydrated, and replenish from being outdoors more, enjoying the beach, parks, especially with our 4 yrs old great niece visiting from FL. We freeze water bottles so on summer outtings they keep our things cool, and water nice and cold too.. awesome since water can be so versatile with putting fruits in it, good grade essential oils, etc. so many options! :) Thank you for the contest!!!

I'm thirsty from the heat! All the outdoor activities keep me constantly seeking cold H20, and the sparkling taste is definitely a treat, and the bubbles are more refreshing that plain water!

I'm thirsty this summer simply because of the weather. It's easy to get parched when you're outdoors on a hot day.

As I age I find my body no longer retains water like it used to and with RA it becomes even more important to stay hydrated. I find myself drinking even more now that summer is here but regardless, I'm always thirsty and never without something to drink. How nice to have special water to satisfy that constant thirst.

Mountain Valley spring & sparkling water is a refreshing beverage to have after I go hiking through the woods, swimming in the ocean, ride my bike for miles, play tennis & softball, work out at the gym, talk a long walk with the dog, camping on a warm summer night, rollerblading down a path or just relaxing at home.

It is hot out! No matter the time of year it is important to stay well hydrated. I keep water with me throughout the day and try NOT to get thirsty. Sometimes when it is extra hot, humid and/or I'm exercising I tend to get thirsty. That is when I lift a cool glass of water. The fresher the better! As my 93 y.o. mother's caregiver, I also monitor her water intake and encourage her to drink more throughout the day to keep her from becoming dehydrated. This can be a little more challenging but is a MUST!

Oklahoma = very, very, very thirsty in the summer. RIDICULOUS - I'm going to pair my free sparkling water with my free cherries that I'm going to win from Whole Foods, and sit under the shade of the biggest tree that I can find and watch the asphalt melt....hahaha
