It all started when I was pregnant years ago. Pickles?? Who needs 'em. I craved peanut butter. On crackers, ice cream, apples, straight out of the jar, you name it. My peanut butter baby is now a senior in college, and through 5 moves in 4 states, as soon as that peanut butter jar was in the kitchen cupboard, we were home. (I am thankful to have no food allergies, and as I praise the virtures of PB, I hope I am not being insensitive to those who do. I understand how devastating exposure can be, and I am sorry for those who can't enjoy peanut butter as so many of us do.) Best part: How it tastes. Second best part: Nutritionally perfect wiht fat, carbs and protein. Viva la peanut butter!

I love peanur butter! At my age (50+)I don't eat it as much as I want to. My favorite, and a little strange way to eat peanut butter I got from my Dad. Peanut butter on onw slice of bread, butter on the other slice, and slices of dill pickle in the middle.

What would I do with a case of PB? The same things I always do! We actually have been buying 365 brand PB by the case for about 2 years, since the closest Whole Food Market is an hour away! My husband will eat it straight-up! Our list of indulgences include: PB&J sandwiches on whole wheat, peanut butter pancakes with homemade organic grape syrup, PB cookies, PB frosting on chocolate cake, PB&Banana smoothies, PB and yogurt with granola, "ants on a log" (PB on celery with craisins or raisins), sauce for vietnamese spring rolls, Toasted PB and marshmallows, PB on homemade bagels and the list goes on. We also use it for bird treats (stale bread coated with a thin layer of PB and dipped in bird seed).

Peanut butter is fast food at our house. My husband and I both work at home and save lots of time when we whip up a peanut butter sandwich for lunch--I like mine with a little shredded cabbage (for crunch). Even though we have 2 kids, a case would be a lot, and we don't have much storage space. However, my kids' school has a silent auction fundraiser coming up and donating a case of 365 Organic peanut butter would draw lots of attention and increase attendance (we advertise our auction in the local paper, through neighborhood email lists and in online papers as well as our PTO blog). Our school serves an economically diverse and multinational K-8 student population. Funds raised help finance field trip expenses for students who can't afford them and buys books, art supplies, microscopes, and technology tools for our teachers. Plus, our school district just announced a $3 million budget shortfall—every dollar we raise at the auction will help us get through the cutbacks next year.

I LOVE peanut butter! My very favorite way to eat it is in a sandwich called a PBT. My dad concocted this sandwich many years ago, and it has remained a family favorite. It is made with excellent chunky peanut butter, only the freshest, tastiest tomatoes(salt and pepper, please!) and a slather of mayonaise. Must add a tall glass of cold milk, and voila, the famous PBT! Thanks, Dad!

I love to take very firm bananas, carefully coat them with peanut butter and then dip them in melted dark chocolate - it has to be dark milk doesn't taste as good. Put them on waxed paper until chocolate set and then freeze them. A great snack that satisfies late afternoon hunger pains and is nutricous. I also like to melt peanut butter and dip french bread in it before dipping the bread in egg batter for french toast. Served with a little grape or raspberry on the side it is a fantastic breakfast.

Sweet cookies, savory sauces, granola, sandwiches or just on a spoon peanut butter is delicious! I don't know if you can really truly appreciate a good peanut butter unless you have made it yourself. When I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Africa I grew my own food and had to sometimes convince my tastebuds of new and unusual combinations! There was a lot of malnutrition in my area so I thought, what better than smashing these ground nuts and mixing it into anything the children were eating! Of course they loved it (and so did I!) Fresh nuts, toasted over a fired then smashed until the butter forms.... nutritious and delicious perfection!

I LOVE peanut butter very much! Of course there are all the regular ways like cookies, graham crackers w/marshmallow,etc. My favorites are for dinner;cottage cheese with peaches in light syrup and peanut butter on some type of whole grain bread sliced thick & toasted...so that it is crispy on the outside & still soft on the inside. My favorite lunches are #1. granny smith slices smeared thickly with peanut butter, #2. Greek yogurt with bear naked granola and peanut butter. Snacks, dry cereal such as Post bitesize shredded wheat with honey & nuts, banana & p.b. on the side to dip into. Peanut butter pretzels. NOW, I have to go and eat my lunch! This has made me very hungry.

simply delicious all by it self, peanut butter is a food ive enjoyed since childhood. i loved opening my brown bag lunch at school to find a perfectly diagonal cut peanut butter (sometimes paried with jelly or a banana) sandwich along with a note from mom hoping i was smiling and having a great day at school. these memories return at the sound of the peanuts griding in the machine when we stop to stock up on fresh ground peanut butter from whole foods!nothing like a crisp locally grown apple slice with tiny dollop of peanut butter after a hard training run or ride. filling and nutritous, but more importantly delicious!

I am a mother of two, one with down syndrome and autism and one who is very high maintenance. I have to confess that I eat a peanut butter sandwich everyday and sometimes twice if nothing's around that sounds good. It is my comfort food, and peanut butter is good to me no matter how I have it. So with these two amazing but exhausting girls, I look to my pb sandwich to get me emotionally and physically through the day.

I am soooo into homemade marshmallows and marshmallow fluff. I asked Chef Ani at the Minneapolis store if she had a recipe for marshmallows and she gave me the best one ever. With the homemade fluff, my kids (4 of them, plus spouses) and grandkids (7 of them) are rediscovering a good old peanut butter and marshmallow fluff sandwich. I make a couple of batches of fluff a week to keep up with them.

It's breakfast every morning! I use two slices of live sprouted grain English muffins, toasted with a little coconut oil, and then I put down a layer of peanut butter and a layer of banana slices. Topped off with a little agave nectar or chocolate syrup (depending on the anticipated stress factor for the day) and I've got a fantastic breakfast sandwich that's perfect with coffee. You'll never get that at McDonalds!

Ok, peanut butter is one of those "ahhhh, I'm home" foods for me, so I love it on A LOT of things. When I make buckwheat pancakes, I do so in fairly large batches and refrigerate or freeze the rest. So, I reheat the pancakes and add peanut butter and a little fruit preserve on top of each one... DELICIOUS!!!! Ok, my absolute favorite way to enjoy peanut butter is in a smoothie! My usual is frozen yogurt, frozen black cherries, frozen strawberries, some vanilla soymilk, a little honey, and about 2 heaping tablespoons of creamy organic peanut butter. Blend it all to perfection and it tastes like a liquid pb&j sandwich!! YUM!!

I love it right out of the jar ... with a spoon ... anytime. When I really feel a need to boost my energy, one spoonful does it ... gives me that boost and satisfies my hunger. I love the stuff!

every week i have to buy a new jar of pb! let's see, i eat a little bit of pb with microwaved frozen strawberries(berry soup) for breakfast or for a tasty treat throw in a little bit o' dark chocolate. i make peanut butter frosting for cupcakes, peanut butter cookies, pb fudge,pb in smoothies, pb and hazelnut spread, pb thai sauce with tofu. Oh yeah! and pb on a spoon is an absolute fav of mine-obviously!The list can go on! you can totally make anything with pb goodness. so i'd make anything with that case.

I enjoy peanut butter however it's prepared! Most frequently off a spoon, but often over ice cream or in cake. Delish!

A case of peanut butter would make my family go nuts! We love to make peanut butter cookies, spicy peanut sauce, peanut and pineapple soup, and chocolate peanut butter pie. We like it straight out of the jar, over ice cream, and as the tasty part of edible play dough. My husband's favorite "amuse bouche" is a slice of toast with peanut butter on it just before dinner. I think if we couldn't eat peanut butter anymore, my kids might leave home.

We eat peanut butter sandwiches with either fresh sliced apples or applesauce (instead of jelly) and then sprinkle cinnamon on! It is so delicious! I eat this all the time, but made a point of eating it when labor started with both of my children - it's a great way to fuel up for a day of labor!

I'd make lots of pbb (peanut butter & banana) sandwiches, cold peanut noodle salads, and peanut butter oatmeal bars! I'd also put lots of blobs of pb in bowls of hot oatmeal.

I use peanut butter on a daily basis. I literally put it on everything from bread to ice cream to veggies. Recently, I've been tracking my peanut butter intake and I consume a half to 3/4 of a jar everyday...I must be pregnant if i'm eating all this peanut butter, but I haven't craved pickles and PB yet! If I had a case of peanut butter I would stop printing out the $1 off coupon for every jar i purchase at Whole Foods. I would continue to use half to 3/4 a jar a day without a care about running out. But my favorite thing to do with peanut butter is to eat it by the spoonful.

Sometimes I call my boyfriend "the peanut butter monster." He goes through a jar in less than a week. Together we eat lots of PB&J sandwiches, but he eats it on everything. From putting spoonfuls in his cereal, to spreading it over pancakes... peanut butter is definitely one of his staples.
