I have 4 teenagers, and I think a case of peanut butter would last us, oh, about a month! They love making PBJs for lunches, with mom's homemade strawberry jam, of course. Then there is peanut butter on apples, bananas, waffles, celery...everything is better with peanut butter!

My favorite way to eat peanut butter is on a sandwich with one of my homemade jams or jellies. Sometimes I add bananas too! I like peanut butter on saltine crackers, celery or rice cakes too!

Cookies, ants on a log, smoothies, drop a tablespoon in some hot steel-cut oatmeal, on a spoon right out of the jar, in Asian sauces, combined with crushed berries instead of jelly on a sandwich. I <3 peanut butter!

I use peanut butter with oyster sauce for speedy peanut noodle sauce for lunches - it's great with frozen corn or peas stirred in. And of course it's nice on toast, especially brioche.

Ah, peanut butter, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways... On wheat toast in the morning, as a sandwich at noon, in a yogurt smoothie as an afternoon pick-me-up and in Thai dishes for dinner. What I really love is that having peanut butter in my pantry helps me feed my family well and gives me more time to run--it's so easy to cook with PB!

Not my recipe, but what I would do with a case of PB... Buckeyes Ingredients 1 1/2 cups peanut butter 1 cup butter, softened 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 6 cups confectioners' sugar 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips Directions 1.In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, vanilla and confectioners' sugar. The dough will look dry. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. 2.Press a toothpick into the top of each ball (to be used later as the handle for dipping) and chill in freezer until firm, about 30 minutes. 3.Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir frequently until smooth. 4.Dip frozen peanut butter balls in chocolate holding onto the toothpick. Leave a small portion of peanut butter showing at the top to make them look like Buckeyes. Put back on the cookie sheet and refrigerate until serving.

Are you kidding? I eat it with bananas and brown sugar smeared over egg toast. My dog loves it with his milkbones.

I would donate it to Central VA Food Bank for their Kids Cafe, because most kids love PB&J and it's packed with protein!

I've got two kids, so peanut butter is definitely a staple food in our house. I've done variations of a satay or curry sauce like the one above many times. Some garlic, curry, ginger, soy sauce...yum. I've used a version of that sauce with tofu, chicken, beef, even scrambled eggs, whatever vegetables I've got on hand served over rice or noodles. It's a healthy, tasty and quick meal. For snacks my kids like peanut butter on crackers, or with apple slices for dipping. And don't forget "Ants on a Log" peanut butter in celery with raisins!

I would share a jar with all my loved ones who eat that yucky peanut butter with hydrogenated oils because I don't think you have lived till you have enjoyed all natural peanut butter. There is some in my belly right now~yummmmm.

I like to dip apple or pear slices and baby carrots in peanut butter. Or, I will slice a banana down the middle and spread peanut butter over the sliced side. Kim T.

I would like to say that I would use it in some cute recipes, but really what always ends up happening (especially after I gave up processed sweetened PB for the real stuff and ended up loving it) is I just eat it out of the jar with a spoon. And sometimes my fingers.

What would I do with it... give it to someone who doesn't live near me! I know it's good stuff but I've never liked it - even though I like peanuts and I like butter! But I'd love to know more about their Sesame crop :)

I LOVE baking. I have at least 5 cookies recipes along that I would love to bake for people. I also have a new vegan cake cookbook that has some peanut butter recipes. If I had a case of peanut butter, I would spread the love. My friends would thank you!
