Whenever I'm in need of an electrolyte boost after a long run, or any time I'm feeling depleted and spacey, I mix up my own Green Goddess Cocktail. First, I grab a nice cocktail glass (why not?) and add approximately a teaspoon of spirulina powder (more or less to my liking). Then I add enough chilled ZICO pure unsweetened coconut water to make a paste. Slowly, I add enough additional coconut water to fill the glass, stir gently, and enjoy. It's guaranteed to help you get your groove back.

Chilled bean salad. My faves are garbanzo or cannellini with some fresh herbs, olive oil, red wine vinegar, feta, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper. It just gets better the longer it sits!

Frozen vegetables, like Organic Asparagus (365 Brand!) and Organic Frozen Fruit. You can grill the asparagus from frozen and it tastes delicious. You can also make wonderful smoothies out of the frozen fruit (I also let the frozen fruit sit overnight with some oatmeal and almond milk, so in the morning it is like a muesli/oatmeal combo with no cooking involved).
