Humus guacamole with blue corn chips along with sliced tri-colored bell peppers and persion cucumbers are always a favorite at my house. Mmmm...love those veggies. :-)

Wow! I was just putting together a Whole Foods grocery list to stock my pantry with high protein dry goods and I see your give-away and it fulfills most of my pantry needs! I'm looking forward to making the Edamame Guacamole recipe I found on the WF's website. For protein boosts, I love adding hemp or chia seeds to whatever soup I'm making (black bean, split-pea, lentil, etc.).

Loving the Tru Roots Organic Chia Seeds. These are great to throw into smoothies and we love putting them in our homemade blueberry jelly. Chia seeds contain fiber, omega fatty acids, calcium, antioxidants and much more – even protein! We also keep Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Chips in the pantry and they are our go to snack especially with salsa!

Grilled corn on the cob is my favorite. with lean turkey patty grilled topped with green leaf lettuce and lowfat grated cheese. With a nice cool Kale smoothie with Chia seeds. makes a perfect healthy meal.

I am just now becoming familiar with Whole Foods. I live 45 miles from the nearest Whole Foods Store. My daughter, last weekend, told me about using Chia seeds. I had never heard of them. I have began to sprinkle them on my oatmeal for the health benefit. I am excited to learn more about some of your products and begin to incorporate them into my daily diet. I looked at the recipes on your website for Chia pudding and I would like to try it. I could incorporate the almonds and use the almond butter to make Chia almond bites.
