I make margarita's with the lemonade! I dust the rim with a sugar/salt combination and a touch of cayenne then a twist of lemon! Everyone loves them. I might have to try mixing the cherry with vodka or rum!

the nice, clean taste of a crisp iced tea is marvelous as is tart, crisp ice-cold lemonade.

I like to make lemonade with fresh lemons and for an extra flavor, save the watermelon juice from the melons we eat in the summer and mix with the lemonade! Yummy combo!

We will be moving into a new neighborhood soon. What a fantastic gift this would be for my daughter to be able to set up a little lemonade stand to meet and greet the new neighbors (bet she will meet a bunch of new friends to boot!) Keeping the lemonade fresh and clean by mixing organic lemons and purified water with crushed or cubed ice! Perhaps she can have bowls of organic strawberries and other fruits and fresh mint on the side for those neighbors who would like variety ;-) What a treat to share!

Nothing beats a nice lemonade. Except sometimes when I've worked hard in my garden, I admit to craving a cold soda.

We make Rosemary Lemonade! We make a simple syrup by simmering a half cup organic sugar with one cup of water and a few long sprigs of fresh rosemary from our garden. When the sugar has dissolved and the syrup smells and tastes "divinely rosemary", cool the syrup and then add it to your lemonade, either by the glass or the gallon! It's wonderful! :-)

Add fresh, organic strawberries to homemade lemonade in a blender. With the berries, you can really cut down on the amount of sugar.

Lemonade. Hmm. The smell of fresh lemons always reminds me of summer. Making a batch of fresh lemonade is a ritual. Choosing just the most perfect and fresh organic lemons; bringing out the etched crystal pitcher, handed down from generation to generation; filling it with crystal clear spring water; and sweetening it with the best organic cane sugar until it's just right. Not too sweet but enough to taste the tartness of the lemons. Slicing the lemons and arranging them inside the pitcher to give it that fun, refreshing, summery look. Bringing it outside to the table where the Sun's rays makes it glimmer and tempting. And last but not least, sharing it with family and friends to, not just refresh, but enjoy. That's the perfect summer drink. That's summer to me.
