I love to make a banana mango smoothie-- just combine a cup of nonfat milk, 1/4 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt, one sliced banana (frozen), and 1 cup frozen mango chunks. Blend and enjoy. Yum!

Prickly pear lemonade is the best! Lemons, water, sugar and prickly pear syrup. It's sweet, refreshing and has a beautiful magenta color. Its my favorite summer drink by far.

One of my fondest childhood memories-lemonade & choc.chip cookies. My first sweet memory of lemonade was when my sister & I had our first lemonade stand.I was 12& she was 9.I painted a sign, she counted the change & kept it in an empty shoe box.We all helped squeeze the lemons!Mom gave us the idea the night before our big day to freeze some of the homemade lemonade in ice cube trays since it was supposed to be 95 degrees the next day. I painted FROSTY LEMONADE" on a poster board with a picture of a FREE chocolate chip cookie! ALL the money went to the humane society to help animals without homes. That was our first time for fundraising & we have been doing it ever since!
