I love doing theme parties and trying foods that I wouldn't normally cook. I also like doing things like incorporating fruit into the main course or trying a new cocktail or wine that my guests probably haven't tried before.

I love making champagne sangria: 1 bottle of cava (sparkling Spanish wine), prosecco, or champagne 1/3 bottle light rum 1/3 bottle of triple sec 1/4 bottle of brandy pineapple and cranberry juice, to taste (maybe a few cups each?) lime and lemon slices seltzer water, to taste the drink is fancy, so the snacks can be simple - good olives, bread, hummus, cheese, etc. YAY parties!

Dippy munchy food is always a go at parties. Olives and cut veggies work well too. If I'm being fancy pants, I grill up some shrimp in EVOO, garlic and fresh cilantro. Mmmmmmm.

Grilled Pitas with Caramelized Onions and Goat Cheese make a nice change to the classic hummus and pita appetizer! Throw the pitas on before the burgers...goes down nicely with a wheat beer such as Hefe-Weizen..mmmm!

I usually always go for bite-sized, innovative sweets that people can admire before they eat! Esp. fondue. But if we're talking savory casual party, smart puffs Pirate's Booty is the way to go! Thanks for the great giveaway!

Baked havarti. As simple as that. It is warm, gooey, and exploding with flavor. You can eat it by itself or pair it with pretzels, chips, or crackers. The best part is that it is extremely easy to make!

I love to throw parties! I also love to cook so this goes hand in hand! When i throw a party i serve the following: Baked pita chips and hummus, sa;sa, edamame, fruits with yogurt dip, veggies with ranch dip or yogurt, different cheeses (my fav is a garlic kind i find in your store!), vareity of crackers. That was just the appetizers! The main course love to bake fish or chicken with veggies with brown rice. and for dessert either carrot cake or bread pudding! And you are invited to the next party! @tiffany053p
