I love to have parties that have healthy bite size snacks...I usually have stuffed mushrooms with a healthy ground chicken and fat free cream cheese with Worcestershire sauce in it or i have crack dip which is can of rotel which I usually use a homegrown tomato blend and then it had ground chicken in it and then fat free cream cheese and then you dip it with whole grain chips. It is a big hit. One last big hit I have is mango salsa with spinach chips.

I am a busy college student, so easy snacks on the go are a must! I love chomping on almonds, or chips. Plus I'm on a shoe string budget, so this would be an amazing boost if I won! :)

I love making different "pigs" (vegan sausages) in a blanket with assorted cheeses or pesto fillings, homemade stuffed pepper poppers, fresh red pepper or sundried tomato hummus dip and sliced veggies, and a DIY cocktail bar with wine, sparkling italian sodas, and liquors. It's fun to play with flavors at parties that are a twist on a classic, and encourage guests to use their creativity (and fingers).

For all causal parties, I always have to have chips and dip including homemade guac and hummus, fresh made filipino lumpia thanks to my mom, wings and mini-sandwiches. For more sophisticated entertainment, nuts, cheese, crackers, cured meats and olives always do the tricks..at least as finger foods ;)

Fresh fruit! Especially in the Summer there is nothing better then a cold fresh fruit tray. A fresh baguette of french bread cut into small slices with olive oil and spices for dipping.

I love to cook and serve people healthy great tasting snacks. I love summer because there's always something from the garden to serve, baked breaded zucchini chips, crackers topped with goat cheese and tomatoes, organic chips with a variety of dips, homemade hummus, and of course vegetarian 7 layer taco dip. Then fresh fruit with yogurt dip for sweet. Wine and beer.

Swing..too cheese and crackers! Swing, Swing to wine! I definitely don't start a dinner party without cheese from whole foods (Gouda is the best)! I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy..of whole foods! But at least I'm not a psycho host beast!
