Wow! The whole foods experience just gets better and better. Earth University, what a great way to educate and expose people to help save the whole earth. I enjoy cooking, eating healthy, gardening and learning something new everyday. I am very impressed with Whole Foods and would love to be a part of their team. It's a great place to shop!

I have always dreamed of taking a trip to Costa Rica to learn more about alternative methods of treatments from plants and the land there. It is paradise, and it's paradise reaping with knowledge of ways to be healthy. Just like shopping at Whole Foods is our favorite way to learn about healthy items. We love the coffee alternatives, sushi, meats, fruits, everything about the store. I hope and pray that you will consider me for one of these trips, blessings, Paula

I see EARTH bananas in Whole Foods, and I support the Whole Trade idea. However, is this product organic? I see your article says that it's "sustainable" but "sustainable" and organic are not the same thing.

A trip to costa Rica would truly be a valuable experiece! I would love to meet the people and embrace their culture and the way they live their lives. I would also be interested in seeing the farming techniques and practices put into practice first hand and being able to implement them in my own community.

I have heard many people speak of the wonders of Costa rica, but to be able to see them up close would fantastic. I am also truly interested in the Earth University, as the future depends on programs such as this.

This trip would not only be a dream, but would be so enlightening for my daughter! We recently began a CSA program and is facinated by what the farmer grows and is so interested to learn about every aspect of farming now - much more than just our backyard experience! Plus my husband would die to go surfing in Costa Rica!! ;-)

The sustainable living aspect of this getaway sounds incredibly intriguing versus the run of the mill touristy vacations. This is a great opportunity to give back to the earth and really make a difference in how we live!

Our 11 y.o. grandson would love to observe the techniques of organic farming, as taught at this University. He is enrolled in a gardening class in our municipal schools - elective programs. He is sincerely interested in growing his own food and learning to do so employing environmentally safe and healthy methods. His Grandmother and I are raising him and we can not provide for such an opportunity. If he is lucky enough to win, his Mimi or his Papa will be "stoked to accompany him".

I love Whole Foods for supporting local growers, products. Sustainable/organic farmers and farms are such an important issue for our future. Our young people need to know that unhealthy junk is being marketed to them. We need leaders to educate our young to love healthy food. I've dreamed of going to Costa Rica forever! A while ago, a pshycic told me I was going to Costa Rica, so I'm counting on it!!!
