I have good friends in Costa Rica and would love to see them. They have told me about about the yummy organic coffee, the beautiful beaches, diverse wildlife, no army!!, relaxing hot springs, electing a female president, and volcanos and waterfalls. They love it, what is not to like??

Since I grew up in village I had opportunity to see at first hand and had chance to work in a farm in my early life. My children are born in North America, my husband was born and raised in city so they never had chance to experience this in their life. This would be a great opportunity for all of us to experience and help the farmers in Costa Rica. Our children will gain firsthand experience and I am sure they will carry it on for the rest of their lives. One of my son's passions is to become chef. What could be better chance than this to plant a seed in these young minds in early life? Thank you for considering our family. Mrs.Patel

This would be a fantastic study-abroad alternative. I use organic (fare traded when available) products for the "dirty dozen" items in particular. Would be great to visit Costa Rica and especially the Earth University, which is doing such an important contribution by educating the youngster.
