I sure wish I had read this 3 weeks earlier. My boys have both brought big time colds back from their schools. I am supporting their systems with Zinc and wellness formula now, which should help speed their recovery.

My mom always had us bundle up and "sweat out" a cold when we were young. I still do this, and think it really helps to raise your body temperature to burn out invaders.

My grandmother always gave me warm water with ginger and lemon and honey as a kid when I was ill. Not sure if the ginger or simply the comfort provided me the healing power!
