A friend turned me onto this podcast, and I am glad they did. I had slipped out of the daily return of taking multis and after a couple months I noticed that my energy had completely dropped as the day went on. Back on track and feeling sustained throughout.

The signs of a big winter are already upon us. Early in october many of the kids at my school came in with colds, and missed several days, I can only image this is going to get worse, rather then better. I wish I could have all of the parents read this, but at least we can promote hand washing at our school!

I am so frustrated with the flu virus this year. I know that sounds odd, but my boys both had the flu a month ago, and now they appear to back on the edge of it returning. We support their systems with raw foods, wellness formulas, vitamins, and DHA's but at the end of the day it isn't slowing their ailing.

Great information here! I'd love to see more podcasts like this in the future. So far I've been flu free this season, but I'm also under serious amounts of stress so I've got to keep my immune system in good shape!

I have always supported my kids immune systems with DHA's and wellness formula. Not to be annoying but they have incredible health, and have very rarely been sick. I am a believer in the power of a healthy immune system.

Supplements can be good but never as good as the natural forms. Garlic, ginger, natural Vitamin C, just can't be beat.
