Mango season in Hawaii would always inspire me and my friends to throw a tropical mango party. Have you ever been to a party like that? It’s quite a lot of fun and a great way to celebrate delicious, decadent mangoes. We would put on our swimsuits and sit in a hot tub eating sliced mangoes, drinking sparkling wine and listening to our favorite island music. I wish we had known about party-perfect Mango Sake Sling and Mango Mimosas back then.

I don’t know about you, but when I am grocery shopping I tend to stick my nose in things. I love to smell mangoes, oranges, even fresh broccoli!

The smell of these fresh foods inspires me for creating in the kitchen, and it paves the way for creating wonderful aromas to tempt everyone’s tastebuds. After all, who doesn’t love coming home to the bouquet of bubbling stew or fresh-baked bread?
