Exercise & Stress Management Class!

The night will start off with 30 minutes of Barre3, which combines ballet, yoga and Pilates (www.facebook.com/barre3tucson). We’ll enjoy a light snack and learn about stress management and holistic leaving, taught by Lilly Mees, BS, MSW, owner of Stepping Forward. Space is limited, RSVP to email@example.com.
About the Speaker: Lilly Mees is an educator, consultant, writer and lecturer on health and wellness strategies. Diagnosed with latent adult onset diabetes Type 1, her message is one of hope and success. She controls her condition while continuing to live a resilient and full life. Lilly’s background includes a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University. Lilly then spent eleven years in the pharmaceutical business, providing valuable experience with the medications. She has spent a decade working at Flagstaff Medical Center as a Physical Therapy Technician and then as the Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Lilly led and managed their Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit. She has had the privilege to collaborate and participate with the cardiothoracic committee to develop the new Open-Heart program at Flagstaff Medical Center. She currently works as a Case Manager for Northwest Medical Center. Lilly’s charming personality and lively sense of humor has made her a very dynamic, effective and popular speaker. Her passion and goal is to assist others in Stepping Forward with her toward the most productive, rewarding and fruitful life possible!
