Join Whole Foods Market South Lake Union for Brewer's Night on Friday, March 24th from 4-7pm, featuring Ballast Point Brewing and Spirits. Representatives from Ballast Point will join us at our in-store Spike & Steam Bar to provide beer samples and share information on how their beers are brewed.

This course will answer the question “Why should I cook under pressure?” and is designed to teach basics of use with the emphasis on QUICK and HEALTHY meals. I will demonstrate 4 very basic recipes: eggs, risotto, a pasta dish and a potato dish as well as going over HOW TO use the cooker. Future classes will focus on more advanced recipes and techniques such as meat, soup, dessert, and more complex combinations of rice and pasta, and others.
