Learn to eat the Engine 2 way: whole foods and plant-strong meals that are rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. In just four weeks, gain control of glucose levels, reduce cholesterol, help maintain normal weight and feel energized. We will be introducing the diet and all of the resources available to participate in the 28-day challenge. Books will also be available for you to purchase at the event.
