The Southern Foodways Alliance, GrowMemphis, and Whole Foods Market present A Spoken Dish, a culinary storytelling project on the big screen featuring voices from the Memphis community, including professional chefs, farmers, home cooks, writers and artists. The film screening will feature the Memphis premiere of A Spoken Dish, accompanied by a selection of short "film bites" from SFA filmmaker Joe York. Before the screening, attendees can sample locally sourced food and beer.  The party starts at 6 pm and the film will begin at 7 pm.

In this seminar, participants will learn simple and yet effective breathing and relaxation techniques to get a better handle over the mind and body. The seminar will be taught by trained volunteers of the non-profit, Art of Living foundation, who's vision is a stress-free society.
