Join us for dinner and some great music by Hat Trick!
Conceived in Austin, Hat Trick is an amalgamation of funk, soul, jazz and blues. Simple at it's core, Hat Trick remains a duo, sporting only guitar/vocals and bass. This simplicity is key to the mission: to focus on musicianship. Bassist Levi McClaferty and guitarist and vocalist Andy Tenberg take the concept of the duo to a new level. With improvisation at its core, every live show is a new experience. Their collective influences ranging from The Meters to Miles Davis, and their combined decades worth of experience, Hat Trick is a group worth seeing time and time again.
A series of demonstrations that provide a healthy way of parents to hide healthy foods into kid friendly and family friendly meals. The first event will take on the breakfast challenge and will feature breakfast sushi and a healthy fruit pizza best known as the ‘Sunrise Smile.’
After years of enjoying her friends from out front, she decided it was time to have a go at it from up on stage. Late in `07 she picked up the guitar in earnest which was followed very quickly by recording her first song and shortly after by compiling her first band.
Encouraged to stick with it and develop her original songs by friends, the 29 Mules, Dave Phenicie of Stonehoney and Anita Mansfield and Bryan Dobbs of Anita & the Yanks, Q finally felt the best move would be to Austin with partner and original drummer, Clint Short.
Now Q & the WOW Band has a wide variety of tunes that make you want to throw on some cowboy boots and keep drinking all night. She composes her sets by mixing classic country covers with her original tunes whose hooks reel you in for days. Q always shows up early, leaves late, and chats up anyone and everyone in between.
When Shawn Madden is in the house, funky acoustic soul-pop is the order of the day, and there's no such thing as business-as-usual. He looks like a plain old stocky white guy, but when he takes the stage you quickly realize that you're dealing with what his fans call a 'musical soul doctor'. A 21st-century spirit-led bard, a nomad soul with a glory-bound voice and a funky rhythmbox in a wide-open heart, raising vibrations with inspirations from all nations & generations.
His live performances sneak up on you - one minute you're minding your own business, and the next minute you find yourself singing along, dancing, and making new friends. His motto: come love and be loved.

Born in Nigeria, Kalu James moved to the United States at the age of 18 and although he had sung in the choir since age 9, it wasn't until he moved far from home to New York State in 2001 to study computer technology that he discovered his gift for songwriting.
While Kalu may not look the part of an accomplished folk rock singer songwriter, his many accomplishments - a very successful Kick starter campaign geared toward the recording and release of his upcoming double Album (funded by his social media audience), 3 albums with rave reviews, and a day (June 11th) named after him in the "Live Music Capital of the World" Austin, Texas - prove otherwise.
To understand and experience Kalu’s passion is to see him live where his spirit truly shines. Kalu and his band evoke infectious tunes that will have your mind thinking and foot tapping days after the show.
