Whole Yoga Class

Join us every Thursday for a 75 min Hatha yoga practice, followed by an optional 15 min. department spotlight and Health Starts Here tasting. Hatha yoga improves flexibility and balance, strengthens, tones and builds muscles, corrects posture and relieves tension and stress to rejuvenate your spirit. All levels are welcome and variations will always be given.

 

Pamela Chanin, our Demo Specialist here at Whole Foods Market Merchant’s Walk, will be teaching this class. She has been a certified yoga instructor since 2009.

 

Arrive early to claim your spot. Space is limited to 12 participants. Bring your own yoga mat (block and strap optional), and wear comfortable stretchy clothing. Barefoot is best. Must be 18 yrs old to participate.

 

Cost: $5 donation to Whole Kids Foundation

Ever wanted to try a raw or almost raw diet?  Now’s your chance!  We are challenging you to try all raw or mostly raw for 28 days (October 4- 31).  We will learn about raw foods and the benefits of including more raw fruits and vegetables into the diet.  Recipes and meal ideas (for 100% raw or Mostly Raw challenge options) will be included.  The challenge starts Saturday, October 4.  Signup by emailing trulie.myers@wholefoods.com or at Customer Service.
