Our Health Starts Here recipes celebrate naturally flavorful whole foods by limiting added sodium and containing no extracted oil or refined sweeteners. Come in and learn all about the program and get answers to your questions regarding healthy eating.

A dish prepared by our Healthy Eating Specialist Dawn will be served after the lecture.
