Using traditional knives and methods of cracking to preserve the internal texture of the cheese, Join us  at 12 sharp while WFM  attempts to break a Guinness World Record for “most Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheels cracked around the country simultaneously” (a highly coveted record to hold!) This event is a cheese lover’s dream as we offer samples of perfectly aged fresh cut Parmesan from 12 to 2pm as well as used in recipes featuring our vendor partners The Pasta Shop and Earthbound Farms. With the added bonus of Live Authentic Italian music, it’s an event that’s not to be missed!
