Meat lovers, despair not. You can still eat sink-your-teeth-in meals on a plant-based diet, and in this class, Camille will show you how. As Rip explains in his best-selling book, the Engine 2 Diet, cutting out animal foods can dramatically cut your risk of heart attacks, stroke, cancer, and Alzheimer’s Disease while helping you curb weight gain. During Week 2, Engine 2 Cadets will kick meat, chicken, fish and eggs to the curb while exploring protein, fiber and nutrient-rich replacements. Try a Plant-Strong Chili – easy to put together and loved by carnivores and herbivores alike. Barbeque Tempeh Sandwiches will make you swoon with delight, and a Lemon Avocado Mousse will channel the flavors of traditional Key Lime Pie.
