Tyler Tracy is a green energy vigilante working to make solar power simple, affordable, and personal.  Tyler is a young entrepreneur who became part-owner of GoSolar! shortly after its conception in 2010. In addition to starting a number of other educational enterprises, he has studied electrical physics at the University of Minnesota where he is currently a student.

Calling all kids!  Grab your parents and come on in to Whole Foods Market to make and decorate holiday cookies a-plenty.  You'll mix up, roll out and cut out holiday sweets, then mix up icing with all natural food coloring and decorate like crazy.  Remember to wear clothes you don't mind getting a little messy and get ready for some holiday fun!  Each child registration includes one parent registration, and parents MUST accompany children to the class.

Knife in hand, you will learn how to confidently tackle preparing some of your favorite Thanksgiving items as well as learning the cooking methods the pros use. During the second half of the class we will make some classic holiday favorites from the fruits of our labors. This class is vegetarian and gluten free and can be vegan upon request. It has lots of hands on participation throughout the class.

Chef Ani will guide you through holiday baking, gluten free, with tips and tricks for substituting flours, techniques and altering your existing recipes. Then, you’ll sample ginger snaps, molasses cookies and snow balls whipped up by Chef Ani and mix, roll, cut and decorate sugar cookies with gluten free icing and sprinkles and take them home to enjoy.
