This class will be taught by Chef Jeremy. In this Thanksgiving Edition of our popular series of Knife Skills classes, knife in hand, you will learn how to confidently tackle preparing some of your favorite Thanksgiving items as well as learning the cooking methods the pros use. Chef Jeremy will guide the class through beginner, intermediate and advanced cutting techniques, as we will make some classic Turkey Day favorites using the skills we’ve learned. We will concentrate on utilizing fresh seasonal ingredients as we work on improving your knife skills and making you more comfortable at the stove. The knowledge and skills learned in this class will provide you a solid foundation that you will use in the kitchen for the rest of your life. Also note that this class is very hands-on and you can expect to both prep and prepare foods during class under supervision of the chef.
