Join Stacey Skilton-Pitz from SSP Yoga at Whole Foods Market, North Wales for a family yoga class. Group poses and lots of breath work will help you feel more connected to those around you. Bring your family and friends and stay after the class for iced tea and few sweet treats. All ages and abilities welcome. Bring your own mat. 

$5 donation to benefit the Delaney Family, a local family whose son is battling Leukemia.

Amy Quigley teaches a vinyasa flow style class, combining a beneficial mix of pranayama and asana, with special attention to alignment. She strives to guide her students to have their own experiences with yoga. She currently teaches at The Abington Club, Tara yoga, and Penn State Abington. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.

Justine focuses on breath work, proper alignment, gaze setting, and practice intentions. Her class is all levels. Justine teaches locally at The Twisted Monkey in Rockledge, and is teacher and Co-Founder for Philly Yoga Factory, Philly's first donation based yoga program. She is also the Community Liaison in Center City for Philly Area Yoga.
