We will sample several cold, premium saké and sample some of Suzanne's favorite food pairings. The ingredients, brewing methods, and wide-ranging styles of saké will be discussed, as well as serving and tasting notes. Joining us for this class is Melissa Monosoff, MS, Wine & Education Director for Pioneer Wine Company. Ms. Monosoff has been recognized by Wine & Spirits as one of America’s “Best Young Sommeliers” and was the 17th woman in the world to earn her Master Sommelier Diploma.
