Lead by Jessi, our Healthy Eating Specialist, this class will feature a small workshop where you can set your own goals (worksheets will be provided but feel free to bring your own journal or calendar), then we will make a variety of meals/snacks that avoid some of our biggest obstacles to reaching our goals, such as time, money, and temptation! "Like us" on Facebook to receive 14 days of "mini" challenges to keep you on track for a healthy new year. The 14 days will also consist of a variety of in-store events, giveaways and prizes so stay posted!
Whole Foods Market in Hingham will donate 5% of its net sales from this day to Bay State Community Services (BSCS). BSCS is a non profit organization providing services for youth and their families throughout the Greater South Shore Area. Funds raised will help the operation of four homeless and residential shelters which provide services to youth who, for a number of reasons, cannot live at home. These shelters are located in Hingham, Quincy, Weymouth and Plymouth.
This class will feature a breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, that will not only keep you full and satisfied all day, it will keep you right on track with your new years resolutions without breaking the bank.
