Rooftop Yoga
Thursday, September 18th
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Roof, $10 - 25% of proceeds benefit Project HOME

Want to start your day with some sunrise(ish) vinyasa outside? We're thrilled to announce that we have partnered up with our neighbors, the Yoga Garden, and will be offering outdoor yoga on our roof every Thursday morning at 9:30am, starting this Thursday, June 26.

This all-levels class is one hour and just $10 (cash only) plus 25% of proceeds will be donated to Project HOME, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering adults, children, and families to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. (Yoga Garden cards cannot be used.)

No reservation required and BYO mats. Take the elevator (or stairs) to the roof, walk towards the eastern side of the lot and look for Daniel, the Yoga Garden instructor.

Daniel started studying yoga years ago, although the last couple of years have truly transformed his relationship to the practice. Daniel is informed by his own at times still rocky journey into the workings of a stronger, more focused, free, & flexible body, mind & spirit.

His style of teaching is a Vinyasa flow rooted in the influence of his many great teachers in Philadelphia, especially Noelle Connolly, Alex Holmes & John Vitarelli. He provides a firey, sweaty all-level class fit for everyone, but full of more advanced options.

In the event of rain, class will be held at the Yoga Garden at 903 South Street.
