Whole Foods Market holds the Guinness World Records title for the largest number of wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano simultaneously cracked – 426!  Join us at 3pm as Corrado Romanino attempts to crack open an 85lbs wheel of parm using traditional methods for our cheese loving fans.  Taste the freshly cracked cheese and savour the salty and nutty crystal like texture.
