This Bar Saves Lives Dessert Featuring Chef Giselle Wellman

As part of our pop-up featuring This Bar Saves Lives, we welcome Chef Giselle Wellman to the 3rd & Fairfax Demo Kitchen. She will be demonstrating desserts made using the product.

Chef Giselle is Executive Cheff at Petrossian Boutique and Restaurant in West Hollywood. She has a stellar fine-dining background in kitchens run by everyone from Mario Batali to Thomas Keller. Her love of food was instilled in her by her Jewish-Mexican family, including two aunts who are also chefs.

Raised in San Diego, Chef Giselle attended Le Cordon Bleu Academie d’Art Culinaire in Mexico City. She has worked at the acclaimed Jack’s La Jolla as sous chef under Tony DiSalvo, as well as at Jean Georges in New York, and with Mario Batali at his newest restaurant Del Posto as chef de partie. In 2009, she moved to Los Angeles to work at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Beverly Hills as chef de partie..
