We will be collecting much needed school supplies for the Club 100 Charities and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office right here in Palm Beach Gardens! Items needed: backpacks, paper, notebooks, pencils, pens, folders, glue and other supplies. Whole Foods Market Palm Beach Gardens will match donations received ONE FOR ONE, so please bring us your donations!

Join Courtney, our Healthy Eating Specialist as she leads an Engine 2 Diet 28 Day Challenge.  The Engine 2 Diet book was written by Rip Esselstyn, a former firefighter, and now Healthy Eating Ambassador for Whole Foods Market.  Individuals following the Engine 2 program adopt a whole food, nutrient dense way of eating that includes lots of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.  The Engine 2 plan can help you to maintain a normal weight, reduce your cholesterol, and increase overall energy and well-being. 

 

The genesis of Engine 2 was to transform the eating habits of a bunch of Texas firefighters at Austin's Engine 2 firehouse in order to save a fellow firefighter’s life.  The goal in writing The Engine 2 Diet was to educate people on the irrefutable connection between what they put in their mouths and their ability to achieve ideal health.
