Tonight, our Healthy Eating Guide John Mercer will give an overview of the 28 days ahead, where we will focus on healthy eating and helping you look at food in a new way.
The 28-Day Challenge does not officially start until January 14th, however, we thought we would equip you with the information ahead of time and help you hit the ground running! To learn more about the four pillars of Health Starts Here, click HERE
Following the orientation, Chef John will host a store tour, where he will show you how to shop for the 28-day challenge.
Registered participants will also receive a complimentary 28-Day Challenge goody bag on orientation night, including a Health Starts Here fitted hat! To join all the fun, email dustin.hahn@wholefoods.com with "Add me to the list" in the subject header. The challenge is completely free (along with all the information).
What's so great about this challenge? Along with our help, you will have a support group of peers meeting right here for information, cooking demos, recipes, tours, and discussions.
