Step right up ladies and gentlemen to the greatest show (and cheese) in Arlington, and witness the incredible strength and cutting skills of Ironman Andy as he attempts to crack open a gigantic wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano in 30 seconds! The show begins promptly at 2 pm, so be sure to arrive early and meet the Magnificent Muscle Trio in their first ever appearance under the big top. Test your own strength and guess the weight of Ironman Andy's parm wheel - the person who comes the closest to the actual weight without going over will win a big time prize. After the show, stay a while and sample fresh slices of mouth-watering parm along with wondrous wines from Italy.

15 Mile Ride-this ride is medium to fast paced for the average cyclist. Met at 10:00 am by the Bike Rack in front of the Lakewood store.

Lunch will be served around 11:00 am with beer pairing.
