The menu will consist of Roasted Cauliflower, Leeks and Wild Mushroom Gratin, Smoked Tomato infused Quinoa & Yukon Cakes w Mint Pea Pesto + Crisp Kale, Oven Roasted Haricot Vert & Asparagus with Warm Shallot, Sun Dried Tomato + White Balsamic Vinaigrette and lastly a decadent Chocolate Cake with Peppermint Chocolate Ganache + Drunken Berries. Chef Sally Owens graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2009 and The Natural Gourmet Institute in 2010. Her journey to a Vegan & Gluten Free lifestyle stems from her life threatening allergies to all dairy products growing up. A proud vegan chef and owner of So Tasty Vegan, Sally hopes to inspire others through her unique and gourmet approach in the kitchen. Sally is a chef-instructor, health coach and caterer. She also hosts a weekly pop up dinner in Montclair at Trattoria Rustica.
