Food Day is a nationwide celebration and a movement for healthy, affordable, and sustainable food.

Our challenge will begin October 3rd and culminate with a celebration dinner in our café on Food Day, October  24th. The goal is to learn how to eliminate, or minimize highly processed foods from your diet to eat more healthfully.

Join our Healthy Eating Specialist Dawn for a 21 Day Real Food Challenge to celebrate National Food Day this October. Find new ways to feed yourself and your family nothing but the best, nutritious, real food. 

What the challenge includes:

Introduction to real food nutrition

Healthy Eating Handbook with sample menu plans that make shopping simple

Daily tips, support, and inspiration from our Healthy Eating Specialist Dawn

Weekly Monday night meet-ups/classes/tastings
