Start off by joining our Healthy Eating Specialist, Camille, in a musical stretch-along, then assemble your very own red, white and blue fruit kabobs in honor of Memorial Day. Camille will also show the parents in attendance how to make both yummy and healthy frozen treats in your own kitchen – the perfect springtime snack or dessert without sacrificing health and nutrition!
