We'll be featuring Local VA Wines with our Fab 5 menu this week. Come by and check out all the great wines Virginia has to offer!

1st Course: Tomato Bisque
Wine: Chatham, Unoaked Chardonnay - $9.99
Crisp acidity and mineral elements, this unoaked Chardonnay, recalls Burgundy more than Napa. Scents of candied pineapple and ripe pear. The palate is pristine with ripe, sweet stone fruit and crisp acidity.


2nd Course: Quinoa Broccoli Casserole
Wine: Lovingston, Rotunda Red - $17.99
Primarily Merlot, the slightly toasty oak nose couples with sweet cherry and purple plum aromatics that linger into the palate. Initially robust tannins soften into dark fruits. Wine Enthusiast: 86 points.

Course 3: Classic Chicken Pot Pie
Wine: Gadino, Cabernet Franc - $21.99
15 months in oak, this wine exhibits aromas of black fruit & vanilla while dark cherry and blackberry fruits fill your palate ending in an earthy spice and vanilla finish.

Course 4: Roasted Fall Vegetables with Sage and Thyme
Wine: Tarara, Viognier - $15.99
Aromas of citrus and some stone fruit character laying over some herbal and grassy tones. The palate is light and fresh with loads of crisp acidity, granny smith apple and grapefruit elements leading to a long and clean fruit forward finish.

Table 5: Sans Soucy, Ginger Dessert Wine - $11.99
A sweet dessert wine of blended fresh Ginger, White grapes, and citrus fruit. Distinct and pleasant aromas of ginger, citrus and spice.

- Banana Lemon drop cookies

Apples like Hewe's Crab (grown by Thomas Jefferson for cider at Monticello), Ashmead's Kernel, Harrison (a famous colonial cider apple), Tremlett's Bitter and Dabinett are blended into 4 sparkling ciders and 1 apple port.
